Technical Contributions

OPS Dashboard

Mason built and maintains the GYC OPS Dashboard — a Next.js web application that serves as the company's internal operations hub. Key capabilities:

  • Project management — Interactive map, project creation, structure dashboards
  • Estimates — Budget overview, detail breakdowns, bid tracker, estimate organizer
  • Invoice processing — Gmail → Drive → Sheets pipeline
  • Subcontractor management — Full directory with CSV import and duplicate audit
  • Voice-to-task — Voice transcription → Kanban task creation
  • Toolkit — Property lookup with SDAT records

The dashboard connects to Google Sheets (no traditional database), Gmail, and Drive for live data. Deployed on Google Cloud Run with CI/CD via Cloud Build.
