Background¶

Mason Dowell serves as Project Director at GYC Group, bridging the gap between field operations and technology. He is the primary developer of the GYC OPS Dashboard (ops.gychomes.com), the internal operations hub that is replacing paper-based workflows across the company.

OPS Dashboard¶

Mason built and maintains the GYC OPS Dashboard — a Next.js web application that serves as the company's internal operations hub. Key capabilities:

Project management — Interactive map, project creation, structure dashboards
Estimates — Budget overview, detail breakdowns, bid tracker, estimate organizer
Invoice processing — Gmail → Drive → Sheets pipeline
Subcontractor management — Full directory with CSV import and duplicate audit
Voice-to-task — Voice transcription → Kanban task creation
Toolkit — Property lookup with SDAT records

The dashboard connects to Google Sheets (no traditional database), Gmail, and Drive for live data. Deployed on Google Cloud Run with CI/CD via Cloud Build.
