Background¶

Mark Koski is the President of GYC Group, having learned the construction business directly under the mentorship of company founder Garnett Y. Clark, Jr. This apprenticeship-style training gave Koski firsthand experience in every aspect of residential construction — from custom home building to land development.

Koski's leadership represents the second generation of GYC, carrying forward the craftsmanship standards and client-focused approach established by Clark while evolving the company to meet modern demands.
