About GYC Group¶
GYC Group Ltd. delivers custom homes, major remodeling, and land development management across Howard, Baltimore, Carroll, and Anne Arundel counties in Maryland. The company was founded by Garnett Y. Clark, Jr., a second-generation custom home builder, and has been operating since 1981. Today, GYC is led by Mark Koski, who learned the craft under Clark's mentorship.
